Registration of guarantee
Velda guarantees for a period of 24 month after purchase the correct functioning of all its technical products. If you register your purchase for guarantee at Velda, we can take care of a quick solution in case of any problem or defect.
If a Velda product is not functioning properly, you can check the manual or drop your question on e-mail service.en@velda.com. Keep the original receipt for your records and report a defective product at the outlet where it was purchased. Even when the warranty period is over, you can buy new parts at pondproducts shop.
Terms of guarantee
- Velda offers a 24 month warranty period on its products, starting from the purchase date.
- This warranty implies that the product will be repaired for free or that the parts will be replaced if defects occur as a result of material and manufacturing errors.
- Products or parts of the product that are replaced according to the warranty then become property of Velda.
- The warranty obligation of Velda gives the buyer absolutely no right to compensation or termination of the purchasing agreement.
- Velda accepts no responsibility for consequential loss that results from the product breaking down.
- If the product breaks down after the warranty period and is given for repairs, Velda retains the right to charge for repair costs.
Excluded from the warranty are:
- Repairs, changes, or additions to the product that are performed by others than Velda, without the permission of Velda.
- Product and parts which are, to the opinion of Velda, neglected or amateurishly handled.
- Changes that are made to the receipt.
- Replacement of wearing parts (see user instructions). These replaceable parts have a limited life and can be purchased at pondproducts shop.
