Terms of delivery

All prices are per unit, unless stated otherwise. All prices are recommended selling prices to which invoice tables apply, with the exception of the articles marked with an * to which a deviating purchase price applies. Package and pallets goods from £ 420,- will be delivered free. For package goods to an amount less than £ 420,- order expenses will be charged: £ 7,50 per box. For pallet goods to an amount less than £ 420,- order expenses will be charged: £ 49,50 per display and £ 100,- per pallet. Complaints, if any, about goods supplied should be lodged with us in writing or by telephone within 3 days after receipt. Goods will remain the property of Velda until full payment of the invoice in question.
Transactions and deliveries will be performed in accordance with our terms and conditions of delivery led at the clerk of the district court’s oce in Almelo. Entered in the register of business names at the chamber of commerce in Enschede. Any changes reserved.
