Orbis mini pond: stylish water experience for any space
At Velda, we have been developing products for years that bring more nature, peace and life to your garden. The Orbis mini pond is a great example: a modernly designed water feature that comes into its own in any outdoor space – and even becomes a natural eye-catcher indoors.
A pond even without a garden
- The Garden
- On the terrace
- On a balcony
- Or even indoors, in a conservatory or living room
Thanks to the little waterfall, you can hear the soothing gurgle of running water, while plants and aquatic animals find a home in this little ecosystem. Ideal for those who want to enjoy more life in and around the house.
A boost for biodiversity – even on a small scale
You can decorate the Orbis with pond plants, substrate, ground cover and decorative pebbles.
Durable quality, produced with care
As Velda, we value sustainability – both in material selection and production. This is why the Orbis consists of high-quality components designed and manufactured with care:
Inner container of 65 liters
- Made in the Netherlands
- Made of 100% recycled plastic
- And fully recyclable
- Easy to clean and robust in use
Wicker exterior with natural look
- Available in natural beige and anthracite
- Responsibly produced and handmade in a small-scale workshop in Vietnam
- Made of 100% recyclable plastic
- Features a clever top rim that seamlessly blends into the basket
- The special finish gives the wicker a warm, natural look
Wooden cross base
The wooden base lifts the Orbis slightly off the ground and gives it a sophisticated, natural look. Practical yet stylish.
Two functions in one: waterfall & filtration
If you choose an Orbis with waterfall, you immediately bring added value into your home. The watercourse is more than just a mood creator:
1. Purification of pond water
- Thanks to the included activated carbon filter bag, the water is purified as it flows past the waterfall. Together with the quiet and safe 36V pump, the water stays clear and healthy.
2. Calming effect
- The gentle babbling of the waterfall provides relaxation, cooling and a pleasant atmosphere – a valuable addition to any outdoor or indoor space.
Can also be used as a planter
Don’t want a pond, but still want greenery in a nice spot? No problem: the Orbis is also perfect to use as a planter. Especially on the terrace or balcony, this is a wonderful solution for larger plants or flowering combinations.
Are you using the Orbis outdoors as a planter? Then drill a few holes in the bottom of the inner tray so that excess rainwater can drain away properly. This keeps the roots of your plants healthy.
