The goldeneye zipper, a small fish
The golden elver (Pimephales promelas auratus) is a cultivated form of the North American elver. It grows between 5 and 8 cm in length. It has a predominantly orange coloration. The elvers do not get sick easily, though they do not get too old. A maximum of two to two and a half years. Other names for the golden oriole are American or fathead zipper and water lilyfish.
Gold zipper in your pond
The American goldfish is a shoal fish that is comfortable with ten to twenty conspecifics around it. The pond should be at least 70 centimeters deep locally and preferably have some planting, as well as open areas. A shallow area of up to 10 centimeters, with plenty of oxygen plants, is recommended for reproduction.
The tadpole elritch reproduces easily but because it eats many young fish and the adults do not grow very old, there is little chance of overpopulation. The elvers likes balanced food that is easily digestible.
